1. About us

These terms apply when you use the StudyPathway Consultants website or any of our services. We are Study Pathway Overseas Education Consultant (SMC-Private) Limited, a private limited company registered in Pakistan (SECP registration number 0270963, NTN F085928).

By booking a consultation, paying a fee or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you sign a separate agreement for a particular service, that agreement applies where it differs from these terms.

2. What we do

We provide study abroad counselling, university admissions support, test preparation, visa guidance, education financial planning, student mentorship, school placement and research consultancy. What is included in your case is confirmed in writing, by quotation, invoice or message.

We are education advisers and document support. We are not a university, an embassy or a law firm, and we do not give legal immigration advice.

Our research consultancy is guidance and feedback on your own work. We do not write theses or assignments for you to submit as your own.

3. No guarantees

Admission offers, scholarships and visas are decided by universities and government authorities, not by us. We will always do our best work, but we cannot promise any result, and past success stories do not guarantee yours.

Rules, fees and deadlines change often. Please confirm final requirements on the official website of the university or authority before you pay or submit.

4. Our relationship with universities

We work with partner universities. Where a university pays us for a student we helped enrol, it never costs you anything extra and it never changes the advice we give you.

You are free to apply to any university, directly or through someone else.

5. What we need from you

Please give us true, complete and current information and genuine documents, and reply to us on time. You are responsible for checking every application before it is submitted in your name.

We never submit forged, altered or misleading documents, and we do not invent experience, bank statements or academic records. If we find any, we may stop work, and fees already paid are not refundable.

6. Fees and payment

Our fees are stated in your quotation or invoice, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and are agreed with you before any work begins. We will not add charges that were not agreed.

Please pay only to the official accounts shown on our invoice, and keep your receipt. If you are ever unsure about payment details, call us first on +92 312 2442075.

University fees, application fees, deposits, visa fees, test fees and courier charges are paid to those organisations. They are separate from our fees, and we will always tell you which is which.

7. Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time by sending us a message. The refund depends on how far the work has gone:

• Before work has started: full refund.
• After work has started: you pay for the work already done, and we refund the rest.
• After we have submitted an application on your behalf: the fee for that stage is not refundable.

A refusal by a university or visa authority is not, by itself, a reason for a refund, because the decision is theirs.

Refunds are paid within 20 working days. Fees paid to third parties are refunded only if that organisation refunds us.

8. Communication

We will contact you by WhatsApp, phone, email or SMS about your case. We send promotional messages only if you agree, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Please do not send card PINs or passwords over chat. Our official contact number is +92 312 2442075. If anyone else says they are from StudyPathway, please check with us before sharing documents or paying.

9. Our website and content

Please use the website lawfully. Do not copy it in bulk, attack it or misuse it. Our articles and guides are general information, not advice for your personal case, and we are not responsible for other websites we link to.

The StudyPathway name, design and content belong to us. University names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate who we work with.

Your documents and writing remain yours. We will not use your name, photo or story publicly without your written permission.

10. Our responsibility

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for decisions or delays by universities, visa offices or other third parties, or for losses caused by late or inaccurate information from you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Ending our services and complaints

Either of us can end the arrangement. We may stop if documents are false, payment is overdue, or our team is treated abusively.

If you are unhappy with our service, message us on +92 312 2442075 and we will respond within 7 working days. We would always rather fix a problem than lose your trust.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi decide any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date at the top. Changes do not affect services you have already paid for.
